Ariz. - The Arizona Medical Board and the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, firms and organizations to provide the post-treatment aftercare monitoring of all participants in the Board‘s Monitored Aftercare Program (MAP). The request for proposal was posted in SPIRIT on October 3rd, 2006.
MAP is a program for the treatment and rehabilitation of doctors of medicine and physician assistants who are impaired by alcohol or drug abuse.
