Ariz. - Kathleen King, P.A., of Page, Arizona has agreed not to perform health care tasks until the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants can consider a Consent Agreement she signed with the Board at its next meeting.
Ms. King entered into a Stipulated Rehabilitation Agreement (SRA) with the Board on October 18th which called for her to submit to random biological fluid collection. Three tests performed after that date were positive, violating the terms of the SRA and representing a danger to the public health and safety.
The Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants will hold its next meeting on March 1, 2006.
