Uncontested Requests for Inactive Status and Cancellation
of License
STATUTUORY REFERENCE:
1405 (C) 26 … grant uncontested requests for inactive status and
cancellation of a license pursuant to sections 32-1431 and 32-1433.
CIRCUMSTANCES OF USE:
The use of the term uncontested here signifies that the licensee
requesting inactive status or cancellation has met the requirements
of A.R.S §32-1431 or 32-1433, respectively. One of these requirements
is that the licensee has no pending complaints.
The E.D. shall grant such requests only in uncontested circumstances,
and shall subsequently provide the Board at each bimonthly
meeting with a list of the individuals who were granted inactive or
cancelled license status. This list will appear in the Executive Director's
report.
