The Arizona Medical Board and the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants publish an annual Medical Directory and Resource Manual (“Directory”) for distribution to all in-state licensees and for sale to the public.

This year, the Boards are placing the Directory on their websites at no cost. Additionally, all licensee contact information will be updated on a quarterly basis, with the next update to be made in January 2005.

The Directory is also available on CD-Rom and in paper formats. To purchase a Directory, please use the order form below.
