If your complaint relates to miscommunications between you, the doctor (or his staff), and/or an insurance company relative to insurance coverage, such miscommunications are not violations of the Medical Practice Act, and will not be investigated.
Doctors (and their staffs) are not legally bound to complete insurance forms on your behalf.
